We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling and "no-show" with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at 54 Hair and Spa.
If you have booked your appointment with less that 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment and cancel or "no-show" you will be required to have card on file and 50% deposit for next appointment.
Please note that cancellations can only be made through calling the salon. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. After 10 minutes this will be considered a "no-show", If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay on first and second appointment "no-show" 50% of booked services missed, 3rd and on appointment "no-show" will be charged to your card full value of service missed. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during 54 Hair and Spa opened hours, we do require a phone call in order to cancel your appointments.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
All Spa services for anyone under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be present in the treatment room at all times.
Anyone between the age of 16 and 18 will need a parent or guardian signature on all paperwork, but do not need a guardian to be present during treatment.
Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited, pending management approval.
Lengthy + Multiple services
Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your salons client account. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above.
For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 50% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.
We do not offer refunds after 60 days. After 60 days, any unused prepaid services or packages may be put onto a gift card at guest's request.
All Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Look, we love your puppers... but were a people salon (sigh) so you'll have to leave your four legged friend at home when you visit us.
While we wish we didn't have to discriminate against the better species, it is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are,
If you bring your pup to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
